Doctor visit this morning

I had to weigh in this morning and I had gained a couple of pounds. She said that happens to very one on vacation, so I don't feel near as bad about it. I do need to get back to work and start getting on the right track again. I know I can do a lot better than I have been. This is so important for me to be able to get off the meds. So I'm jumping back in with both feet and start working out again today! I'll spend more time this after noon righting another one that tells more about me where I start at and where I am now with my health and weight.
